We offer you clean and carefully designed guest rooms. 
All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms. Smoking is not permitted.

The rustic furnished bedrooms have spacious bathrooms and unspoiled views of Table Mountain and/or beach, DSTV, coffee and tea-maker, safe and radio in rooms with microwave and stocked refrigerator in the lounge areas. 

The house is on the beach with no road between you and the beach. 

There is a private sun-deck  on the premises.

THE  SUITE
A South facing room with extra length queen size bed, open en-suite with separate bath and shower at R1100.00 per person sharing, with postcard view of sea and Table Mountain from room and bath (sea view from every cm of the room).

Please add R200.00 for single occupancy, all rates include local taxes and breakfasts.

DOUBLE BEDROOM
A South facing room with extra length queen or king (twin+twin) size bed, full en-suite with separate bath and shower at R1000.00 per person sharing, with a view of sea and Table Mountain from room.

BALCONY BEDROOM
A North facing room with extra length queen size bed, en-suite at R900.00 per person sharing, with own private wind protected balcony with views. En-suite bathroom with corner bath and double shower.
